Kia Ora, My name is Dr. Praveen De Silva. I’m a gynaecologist with advanced training in laparoscopic surgery and endometriosis. I am part of a multidisciplinary team, with years of combined experience here to provide treatment and support.
Nice to meet you. I am a New Zealand born and trained Gynaecologist, with sub-specialist training in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (keyhole surgery). My practice has a particular focus on advanced endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and hysterectomy.
I’m the Clinical Lead for Endometriosis and Laparoscopic Surgery at Te Whatu Ora- Waitemata (North Shore Hospital). Accredited for all levels of Endometriosis Surgery (AGES Level 6).
